Reservation
There are two ways to make a reservation:

1. Reservation by means of a secure online booking engine on our website. It requires submitting credit card number as a guarantee. No charge is taken off the card, accommodation charge is to be paid at the hostel reception upon your arrival.

2. Reservation by phone at: +48 519 199 406 or by e-mail at: administracja@peregrinus.krakow.pl

In order to facilitate the reservation process we ask you to provide the following information:

* arrival date
* length of stay (number of days)
* number of people
* preferred room/apartment
* estimated arrival time
* full name of the contact person as well as e-mail address and phone number

The receptionist checks room availability for the requested period and makes a booking. We will provide you with all necessary information and answer your questions. In order to confirm the preliminary reservation made by phone or e-mail, we require a deposit for the first night of booked stay. We will provide you with bank account details via e-mail.

 

Booking regulations:

  1. Making a reservation is understood as an acceptance of established rules that are in force at Peregrinus Rooms and Apartaments
  2. In order to confirm the preliminary reservation made by phone or e-mail, we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night of booked stay. The deposit is to be transferred to our bank account within 5 days of the date of initial reservation. The transfer must include full name of the person making a booking as well as arrival date. The bank account details are provided by e-mail along with the acknowledgement of preliminary reservation.
  3. Cancellation Policy:

If the booking is cancelled:
- minimum 7 days before your arrival, we refund 100% of the deposit.
- minimum 3 days before your arrival, we refund 50% of the deposit.
- less than 72 hours before your arrival or if you do not arrive at all, the deposit is not subject to refund.

4. We issue the VAT invoices. Anyone wishing to receive an invoice upon payment is asked to notify the reception in advance. The VAT invoice can be received only on the basis of the receipt within 7 days of its issue.

  1. Confirmations of stay for the embassies are issued only after the full accommodation charge is settled. In case of cancellation or change of reservation, the transferred payment is not subject to refund. Payments can be transferred to the bank account or through Western Union international money transfer. Confirmations are issued within 24 hours of the completion of the transfer.
  2. EURO <26 ? holders of his card are entitled to 5% discount off regular accommodation charge.
